Of course you can! But it's expensive. Like, really expensive. A senior-level full-time designer costs over $100,000 per year, plus benefits (not to mention the resources required to find one in the first place). And when you do hire one, you may not have enough work to utilize them at all times.

With HappyGraphic, you can pause your subscription as often as you need, so you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them. It's cost-effective, flexible, scalable, and reduces administrative burdens associated with in-house hiring and management.

Unlike traditional freelancers or agencies, HappyGraphic doesn’t charge hourly or per project. Instead, once you've subscribed, you'll get access to your own Trello board where you can add as many design requests as you'd like. We'll work through your requests one at a time, in your preferred order.

On average, most requests are completed in two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

HappyGraphic is an agency of one, which means you'll work directly with me. However, there are occasions when I will tap designers with specializations in other disciplines to assist on certain requests (illustrations, animations, or integrations, for example).

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. The billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service available to use anytime in the future.

However you want! If it can be linked to or attached to a Trello card, we'll take it—you can make requests directly in Trello, share a Google doc, record a brief Loom video, or attach a picture of something you doodled on the back of a napkin.

While we make every effort to nail it on the first try, we'll work with you to revise the design until you're completely happy with it.

HappyGraphic does not cover: 3D modeling, animated graphics (gifs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

All good! You can pause your subscription when that request is complete and return when you have more work for us.
